Sunshine Daruma tenugui.  Daruma-san is a Japanese doll consisting of just a head. It has two blank white eyes. Have a name or a bowl or a dream. You fill in one of the eyes and place it in a place where you will look at it every day to remind you to keep working at your goal. 

When you achieve your goal you fill in the other eye.
